This is a must have when eating red meat. It pairs perfectly. Creamy, garlicky, freshness from the dill and has that bite with a little bit of lemon. It's Keto Friendly and is amazing! I heard from followers that it is awesome on fish too.
Ingredients:
2 cups of Sour Cream
1/2 the juice of a lemon
1 Tbs fresh chopped dill (or dried)
2 cloves of minced garlic
Directions:
Mix all in a bowl and marinate for at least 6 hours. That's it!
