KETO STUFFED JALAPENOS POPPERS
One of my favorite bar foods is Jalapeno Poppers. And when you put bacon on top, boom! Life is good. Can you believe this is Keto? A gift from the Gods... Really... Bacon make everything better.
8 ounce cream cheese softened
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup green onions sliced
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees F. (Convection)
Cut Jalapenos in half & spoon out the seeds.
Combine cream cheese, cheese, green onions, granulated garlic & pepper. (mix well)
Fill jalapenos with filling.
Top with cooked bacon.
Put on baking sheet with your oiled Kitzini Silicone Backing Sheet.
Bake for around 12-15 minutes at 400 degreees F. (convection)
I usually sprinkle a little salt on top after.... (that may just be me, but I don't add salt before)
