KETO STUFFED JALAPENOS POPPERS

One of my favorite bar foods is Jalapeno Poppers. And when you put bacon on top, boom! Life is good. Can you believe this is Keto? A gift from the Gods... Really... Bacon make everything better.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 jalapeƱos

  • 8 ounce cream cheese softened

  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced

  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • 6 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled

DIRECITONS:

  1. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees F. (Convection)

  2. Cut Jalapenos in half & spoon out the seeds.

  3. Combine cream cheese, cheese, green onions, granulated garlic & pepper. (mix well)

  4. Fill jalapenos with filling.

  5. Top with cooked bacon.

  6. Put on baking sheet with your oiled Kitzini Silicone Backing Sheet.

  7. Bake for around 12-15 minutes at 400 degreees F. (convection)

  8. I usually sprinkle a little salt on top after.... (that may just be me, but I don't add salt before)
